There are barely any limits regarding the geometry. The sizes range from microelements for precision components to seals with diameters of several meters. In cases where a tool-based production is not an option the key is to manufacture extruded profiles in combination with premium joining technology.
Our selection of materials includes all conventional types of elastomers. Our product range is complemented by two-component parts with metal or plastics in combination with elastomers.
Certain fields of applications for seals are controlled by legal regulations and standards. The majority refers to physical properties in order to reduce the risk of failure. Additionally, there are requirements concerning toxicology.
These are relevant to the recipe as well as to the migration of substances upon contact with food and drinking water. Our products offer a multitude of respective certifications.
